UBC SALA 2024 Spring Event Series

UBC SALA’s 2024 event series features lectures, discussions, and workshops by designers and experts from around the world. This semester, they are launching the New Directions in Housing series, a year-long exploration of the challenges and opportunities that housing presents, especially in a time of crisis. The Local Democracy and City Design series assembles panels to discuss the capability and the responsibility of local democracies to ensure a secure and affordable life for their citizens.
