On the Boards | Julian Carnrite & Bruce Greenway at the Design Victorial Festival
VANCOUVER: On May 3rd, join the West Coast Modern League for “On the Boards,” an ongoing speaker series that celebrates the creative works and talents of local designers who are carrying forward the fertile culture of creativity and experimentation on Canada’s west coast. With a shared belief in approaching architecture and landscape as a cohesive whole, we will be joined by Julian Carnrite of WOVEN Architecture and Design, and Bruce Greenway of Greenway Studio Architecture, each presenting projects recently completed or currently underway.
WOVEN Architecture and Design’s projects range in size and complexity and are in the Pacific Northwest. All projects are unique due to the client’s requirements and the specific nature of each building site. Every aspect of a given project is thoughtfully considered with a holistic approach to deliver beautiful forms woven into the landscape.
Greenway Studio Architecture creates nature-inspired buildings and spaces that seek to merge with the landscape they inhabit, approach environmental sustainability, and connect with what is meaningful to the people that live and work in them. The studio specializes in unique single-family homes, yoga/wellness retreats, and community meeting places.
